With all the havoc that’s in our world, it’s hard to find hope. Do we just give up? Of course NOT!

Here are a few tips to help us keep pushing forward

  1. Write It Down – make a list of things that you can do to help yourself. Having a clear picture gives us direction and hope.
  2. Acts of Kindness – this impacts our mood and attitude in a major way. We feel connection. Do it daily.
  3. Avoid Stinking Thinking – monitor your self talk. When you find yourself going down the slippery slope, watch a funny show, do a kind deed, listen or read something that is uplifting.

    Feel your emotions, but let them go. Don’t lose hope. When the sun goes down, the stars come out.
