Breaking Class is AWESOME! Breaking boards is a very popular activity at the PTSDA Karate. If you have not been to a breaking class lately, you need to be at our next one on Saturday, January 22nd. Breaking boards builds courage and confidence for all ages. The philosophy that we teach with breaking boards can also be used in everyday life.
