 Women’s Self Defense Seminar
Prepare and prevent! Safety doesn’t happen by accident.

 April 27th from 6-8pm and April 28th from 2-4pm. It is $25 per session.
 
Teens and women are encouraged to attend.

Chicago World Championship Practice Classes
We are having practice classes for those interested in participating in the World Championship in Chicago this summer. These classes are at 12:45 pm and persisting as long as they need to each Saturday.

May Testing
Testing is right around the corner. Pre-test #1 will be May 5th. Attend class and practice in order to be prepared.
