PTSDA Karate in the Community

May 24 – Kyo Sa Nim DuFour conducted a practical self defense seminar for the teachers of Beulah Elementary today. Everyone walked away from the seminar feeling empowered. Great job ladies!

		Wow! Has it really been 20 yrs??? Happy Anniversary Terri Jolly Dufour! I’m so glad that I get to hike beside you in this adventure. 		***Tiny Tigers Stripe Eval Reminder***Our tigers will have a chance this week to earn stripes on their belt.  The last week of April will be the last opportunity to earn any remaining stripes.
